Common sense things to not put in your ads:
Roadfly has the right to refuse any ad or advertiser for any reason whatsoever at it's sole discretion.
If an ad is removed by the Roadfly staff you may or may not be notified as to why your ad was removed. Typical reasons ads are removed without first receiving contact from Roadfly staff are mostly common sense. No sexual, vulgar, political statement ads, etc.
If you are an advertiser and your account has been closed by us then you probably already know why. Again, let common sense prevail. If you're credit card has bounced numerous times, or your selling faulty products, etc. we are going to close your account.
You agree as the advertiser that there are no refunds or credits given for AdMarket payments. This means that if you deposit $500 in your account or that $500 is automatically deposited at your discretion and you choose to terminate your ads you will not receive a refund or credit of the remaining balance of your account. If this happens to you, you should let your ads run until your money runs out.
You as the advertiser agree that you will not instigate a charge back of the charges made to your credit card by Roadfly. You agree that if you have a dispute regarding billings and payments that you will send a written letter to Charlie Romero, Roadfly, 2106-F Gallows Rd, Vienna, VA 22182 explaining the details of any dispute.
